
The weekly classes are an opportunity to make a commitment to yourself to practice yoga regularly, in a spacious environment, guided through a wide range of postures and practices each month. I encourage you to find a time and studio that work for you, and to commit to regular attendance to see the transformative power of yoga in your life.
