Saturday Yoga
(Yin, Yang, Meditation)

Come dive into your practice and challenge yourself in these three hour classes, designed for you to practice deeply in an intimate environment. Each class will include intention setting, yin yoga, a challenging vinyasa, relaxation, breathing and meditation practice. These classes are appropriate for those with a minimum of one year of ongoing yoga practice. Class size is limited to ten; pre-registration required. More info available (PDF)

Friday Evening Yoga
(Yin Yoga and Meditation)

This once-a-month class highlights meditative awareness in asana. Practicing within the yin style, we hold poses for some time moving into our body through deep listening, sensing and feeling. Our joints and connective tissue receive an enhanced flow of prana and our mind and hearts find a place to rest. Following the yin session, we will practice pranayama and move into seated meditation. Music is used intermittently to soothe and open our body/ mind. You will leave class feeling more connected to yourself, the earth and others. More info available (PDF)

Annual Winter Yoga and Meditation Retreat at Aldermarsh on Whidbey Island

December 11 – 13, 2009

A renewing and quiet weekend of Yoga and meditation within the sacred natural environment and warm indoor spaces of Aldermarsh. Friday night – Sunday lunch. Early arrival Thursday evening with Friday morning yoga, optional (additional fee). More info available (PDF)
